Neşen Çelik works specifically in finance, construction, compliance programs, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, energy law, corporate law, commercial law and contracts law.

Neşen Çelik graduated from Çankaya University Law School in 2011. She completed Graduate Course of Global Business Law and Economics, a summer course in Tilburg University law Faculty, in 2015. She attended master’s program and completed a year in Private Law (M.A.) in Ankara University in 2016. She has completed her 10th year in profession as a lawyer.

She provides legal consultancy and litigation services to companies. She works with domestic and international companies operating in the finance, technology, construction, mining, energy, and industrial markets. Within the scope of legal consultancy, she manages contract negotiations, incorporation, merger, spin-off, and acquisition processes. She also provides consultancy services on legal compliance, due diligence, and project finance areas. She advises domestic and international private equity funds, venture capital funds, and strategic investors in mergers and acquisition deals. She further advises entrepreneurs and startup companies at every stage of their activities. She advises companies operating in the energy markets for their regulatory requirements and assists them in reviews of contracts. She has experience on commercial litigation.
